This week, our In Focus section looks at a draft RFP released last week by the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA). The RFP seeks to reprocure the Healthy Options Program and Basic Health Program under joint contracts and add some enrollees eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) to the Healthy Options Program.
