To say this has been a big year for Medicaid MCO RFPs is an obvious understatement. So far this year, there have been four Medicaid MCO RFPs completed (Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Arizona LTC) and three contract extensions that didn’t involve RFPs (Califor-nia ABD, Virginia and South Carolina).
