Medicaid managed care RFP season went into high gear this past week with the official release of procurements in Kentucky, Louisiana and Texas. All three of these RFPs were expected (as discussed in our weekly Roundup from March 9th) and constitute three of the largest near-term opportunities for Medicaid managed care companies.
