This week, our In Focus sections reviews the key considerations in the exchange design and development process in Illinois, as presented in a report released earlier in September, Illinois Exchange Strategic and Operational Needs Assessment. This report, which has now been made available to the public, was one component of a project led by Health Management Associates, with support from Wakely Consulting Group.
