This week, our In Focus section reviews the Hawaii RFP to rebid the QUEST Medicaid managed care program. The QUEST program provides Medicaid services to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) lives under a capitated managed care structure on all of Hawaii’s islands.
